Posture Daily is free to use in this release. No subscription or in-app purchase is required to access posture estimates, daily tasks, posture checks, progress tracking, or scan history.
Information you choose to provide
Posture Daily may use a side-profile photo you select or capture, along with your name, height, posture goals, reminder preferences, posture-check answers, and scan history. If you choose Sign in with Apple, Apple may provide basic account information. You can also continue as a guest.
How posture photos are processed
When you request a posture estimate, the app sends your selected photo over an encrypted connection to the Posture Daily visual analysis gateway. The gateway validates the request and sends the photo to its AI service provider only to generate the educational posture estimate returned to the app.
The gateway does not write the photo to storage or include it in logs. Images are held in memory only while the request is processed, and provider requests are configured not to be stored for application use. Service providers may still process limited request data for security, abuse prevention, and legal compliance under their applicable policies.
What stays on your device
After a successful scan, Posture Daily saves a copy of the photo and its result locally on your device so you can compare progress. Your goals, reminder settings, posture-check answers, streaks, and scan history are also stored locally.
You can delete an individual scan photo from Progress or clear local app data from account settings. Deleting the app also removes its locally stored data.
Permissions
Camera, photo-library, and notification permissions are optional and can be changed in iOS Settings. Posture-check notifications are scheduled through Apple's notification system only after you grant permission.
Tracking and advertising
Posture Daily does not use third-party advertising trackers, does not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and does not sell personal information.

Posture Daily provides informational, educational, and general wellness estimates. It is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before making medical decisions or starting an exercise program.
