Photo estimates

For the clearest estimate, stand sideways in natural posture, keep your head through knees visible, use even lighting, and place the phone upright on a stable surface. Scores are educational estimates and may vary with framing, clothing, lighting, and camera angle.

Permissions

Camera, Photos, and notification access can be changed from the iOS Settings app. Posture Daily also lets you choose a photo from your library if camera access is unavailable.
